	Neil Poynter has twenty years experience of operational leadership roles and of designing, and delivering pragmatic and successful leadership and management development programmes. His early years were spent as an Army Officer. during which he had a 2 year appointment as an instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. On leaving the army Neil spent 18 months working with an American software company initially as UK training manager and then global director of training and development. Since becoming a leadership development consultant he has worked with a wide variety of organisations including Diesel Jeans, Firmenich, the London Stock Exchange, Royal Blue, BAE Systems, AIG, Sysmex, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Shell, The Environment Council and Schering Plough.

	Barbara Watkinson is a Fellow of the CIPD and member of the IOD. She has worked at strategic levels filling senior organisation development roles in both the public and private sector. Barbara has extensive experience as a supplier and a purchaser of Leadership Development Activities; she is qualified to use MBTI and the Hay 360 EI Competence Inventory. Prior to joining MC3 in 2005 Barbara was OD Director for Thomson Financial where she led a major organisation change programme following a series of mergers and acquisitions. Previously Barbara had spent 6 years as firstly a management and leadership trainer, then Head of Management Development for a major UK Leadership Consultancy. Clients say that Barbara has a significant impact on their business by ensuring that leadership interventions match the needs of their business and closely complement their vision, mission and culture. Barbara’s clients include the Cabinet Office, Thomson Corporation,TLC (Tender Loving Childcare), Societe General and Bucks County Council.
