Leadership Development and Executive Coaching services
In all the markets where we operate, both in the private sector and in supporting the delivery of public services, the range of leadership development and executive coaching services that we provide is totally focused on embedding learning and changing behaviours to help our clients successfully improve individual, team and business performance.
There are four main elements to our leadership development service offering:
Performance Focused Leadership programmes
- At the core of our service offering are the Performance Focused Leadership (PFL) programmes. These are a suite of programmes based on our unique leadership development model, which are designed to develop and embed a culture of “Performance Focus” across organisations.
- We have a range of skeleton programmes that are aimed at leaders at all levels within organisations from the senior managers and directors through to the front-line management team.
- Once we engage with our clients we build on these skeleton programmes to develop a tailored leadership development solution around the needs and objectives of our clients.
- In developing these solutions we also take full heed of the organisations culture and it values as well as the commercial necessities it faces.
- The programmes are highly practical and aimed at getting people to really understand what they can do to affect the performance of everybody around them and themselves.
- The programmes are normally delivered in a modular form over a few months with action planning in-between so that learning is embedded and that the lessons learnt are absorbed.

Executive Leadership Team Development
- We work with many of our clients' entire leadership teams to improve their collective performance and impact upon their business.
- There are a great many development programmes that focus upon how leadership teams can improve the way that they function as a team. In our experience this is only half the story as it does not look at the impact of the leadership team on their business performance.
- We have developed an approach to executive leadership team development which focuses on behaviours and identifies how the leaders need to ‘behave’ collectively to have a real impact on commercial performance.
- This includes how they behave internally as a group and how they need to behave externally within the business in order to deliver a consistently effective ‘style’ of leadership for the organisation.

One-to-one Executive Coaching Services
- Executive Coaching is just one of the leadership development tools that we apply but, given its potential impact on individual performance, it is a service that we also deliver on a stand alone basis for some of our clients.
- We also work extensively with leaders in organisations to provide a range of highly focused and bespoke one-to-one executive coaching services.
- Our focus is to work with leaders to allow them to explore, understand and develop ways to improve their personal performance and the impact that they can have on business performance.
- We also work to develop the skills of leaders as coaches themselves as a technique to help them develop the full potential of their people.

360 Degree Assessment
- A critical part of any leadership development programme is to ascertain the start point for a person’s development and then to measure the change.
- To do this we use a number of tools including our own PFL 360 assessment tool. We are also certified users of the Hay Group EI (Emotional Intelligence) assessment tool and also the Thomas International DISC profile.
- We believe that these tools are integral to effective leadership development and we value their use both at the beginning and end of our programmes.
