mc-cubed launches Leadership Quality Audit service
Getting the best performance from the people within an organisation has never been a more important task. For this to happen, the organisation's leadership and management team also have to be performing at the 'top of their game'.
The Leadership Quality Audit (LQA) service from mc-cubed has been designed as an innovative way of checking to see if your organisation is getting the best out of its management team. It uses a series of questions that look at the critical behaviours that are seen in great managers and leaders.
We are using the following events to introduce the idea and concepts within the LQA and what you can do as a result to improve the performance of your management team and therefore your people:
- LQA Webinar:
- Timing: Friday 5th June 2010 @ 2PM
- Cost: FREE
- LQA 1/2 day Workshop:
- Timing: Thursday 25th June 2010 - 9AM to 1PM

Leading through change – Barbara’s article published in CEO Today - October 2008
Barbara Watkinson has written an article on how organisations can successfully lead through change, which has been published in a recent copy of CEO Today magazine. In her article, Barbara asks what the difference is between organisations which successfully navigate change and those that do not.
The answer is simply down to the leadership skills of their managers and their abilities to take staff with them: hearts, minds and performance into the brave, new organisation of the future.
